R6 Recoil Script Guide — How Recoil Control Works in Rainbow Six Siege
Siege recoil depends on the gun, the operator's loadout and every attachment on it. A recoil script only works if it accounts for all three.
Why Siege recoil is hard to control
Siege guns climb vertically, drift sideways and get a random kick on top. The first few bullets are the most predictable; after that the pattern spreads. That is why players burst-fire, and why a script set to the wrong gun makes things worse.
Per operator, per weapon
The same rifle can behave differently depending on the attachments an operator can run. A proper R6 script lets you pick the operator, then the weapon, then the scope, barrel and grip, and applies control for that exact setup.
Tuning strength
Set your in-game sensitivity first, then raise script strength until your spray stops climbing on a wall at mid range. If it starts pulling below where you aimed, lower it. Randomisation adds small variation so the pull is never identical.
Recoil script plus AI aim
A recoil script keeps the spray straight, but you still have to land on target. Nether R6 AI Aim includes these recoil scripts and adds AI target tracking on top.
